1. Services

Family Of Wealth Logistics Inc provides services through a combination of business structuring, consulting, filings, and digital delivery. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described on this page.

2. Payments & Refunds

As a service-based business, Family Of Wealth begins internal work immediately upon receipt of payment — allocating staff, securing necessary filings, preparing internal documentation, and initiating administrative processing. While visible deliverables such as entity formations or conversions may follow a defined timeline, our team is actively working on your file from the moment payment is received. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Certain services — such as entity conversions, specialized structuring, or state filings — may require final payment before outward filing or submission begins. These deliverables are built upon internal preparation and work that starts immediately once payment is made. Time, labor, expertise, and administrative resources are allocated immediately upon payment; therefore, cancellations and refunds are not permitted once a transaction is completed.

3. Payment Installment Plans

Payment installment plans are structured into three monthly payments. Accounts with no completed installment payments within 90 days will be considered in default, and all services, agreements, and payment arrangements may be forfeited.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for completing all intake forms and submitting required documentation in a timely manner. Delays caused by client inaction may extend project timelines but do not alter the refund policy or the nature of services being rendered.
