1. Services
Family Of Wealth Logistics Inc provides services through a combination of business structuring, consulting, filings, and digital delivery. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described on this page.
2. Payments & Refunds
As a service-based business, Family Of Wealth begins internal work immediately upon receipt of payment — allocating staff, securing necessary filings, preparing internal documentation, and initiating administrative processing. While visible deliverables such as entity formations or conversions may follow a defined timeline, our team is actively working on your file from the moment payment is received. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Certain services — such as entity conversions, specialized structuring, or state filings — may require final payment before outward filing or submission begins. These deliverables are built upon internal preparation and work that starts immediately once payment is made. Time, labor, expertise, and administrative resources are allocated immediately upon payment; therefore, cancellations and refunds are not permitted once a transaction is completed.
3. Payment Installment Plans
Payment installment plans for the Wealth Corporate Structure Packages, the Private Trust, and the Mentoring Packages are structured into three monthly payments.
Launch Package payment plans. Foundation Building and Green Launch may be paid in full or on a payment plan. A payment plan begins with a down payment of $197, $397, or $597 at checkout, followed by 3, 4, or 6 monthly payments. The first monthly payment is charged 30 days after purchase, and each payment after that is charged on the same date in the following months. The remaining balance is divided evenly across the monthly payments, and the final payment may differ by a few cents so the total equals the package price. Your payment schedule is shown before checkout and included in your confirmation email. Installment billing stops after the final scheduled payment. Any additional package purchases or upgrades will be billed according to their respective payment terms.
By choosing a payment plan, you authorize Family Of Wealth Logistics Inc to charge the card used at checkout for each scheduled payment. If a payment fails, it will be retried automatically and our team may contact you to update your payment method.
Launch Package services are completed and delivered in line with the agreed payment timeline and fulfillment milestones. Each Launch Package includes the first 60 days of FOW Online education in Heartbeat at no additional charge. After the initial 60 days, membership automatically continues at $99 per month unless canceled by the member through Heartbeat, subject to applicable membership terms. This membership is separate from your payment plan.
Accounts with no completed installment payments within 90 days will be considered in default, and all services, agreements, and payment arrangements may be forfeited.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for completing all intake forms and submitting required documentation in a timely manner. Delays caused by client inaction may extend project timelines but do not alter the refund policy or the nature of services being rendered.
